Cookie Policy

The BidNotes website keeps tracking to a minimum. Our own pages set no cookies. We use a small amount of browser storage, and we load analytics only if you allow it. This policy lists everything involved. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

Your choice

The first time you visit, we ask whether to allow analytics. Until you choose, analytics stays off. Choosing “Reject” turns it off and deletes the analytics note described below.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “Reject” and don’t ask. We don’t respond to the older “Do Not Track” signal, because Global Privacy Control replaced it as the standard browsers send.

Advertising

None. We don’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or retargeting, and we don’t sell or share your information for advertising.

Other sites

• Checkout and billing. When you pay or manage billing, you move to pages run by Stripe, which sets its own cookies for payments and fraud prevention, as described in Stripe’s cookie policy.
• Social media. Our footer links to our Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook pages. These are plain links: nothing from those networks loads on our site unless you click through.

Controlling storage in your browser

Besides Cookie settings, you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser’s settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of the site, such as the support form, from working.

Changes and contact
